Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and ensuring the facility is in optimal condition.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity
- Lawn maintenance in the summer and plowing in the winter months

Requirements:
- Proficiency in logic controllers and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Leadership skills to guide maintenance team when necessary
- Experience with electrical systems and the ability to weld and fabricate metal components
